Kelty Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) apply to Kelty electronic gift cards (“Gift Cards”) purchased from and redeemed on Kelty.com. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Kelty Gift Card, you agree to these Gift Card Terms.

1. Purchasing Gift Cards

Kelty Gift Cards are available for purchase in amounts from $10 to $750 USD.

A maximum of three (3) Gift Cards may be purchased per order.

Gift Cards have no value until successfully purchased and activated. Kelty may delay or cancel activation if payment cannot be completed or verified.

Gift Cards may not be purchased using promotional codes, discounts, or Kelty PRO Program discounts.

Gift Cards are intended for personal gifting and use and may not be resold or transferred for value. Gift Cards purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers may not be honored.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after purchase except where required by applicable law.

2. Electronic Delivery

Kelty Gift Cards are delivered electronically. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate email address and other requested recipient information.

Kelty is not responsible for Gift Cards that cannot be delivered or received because incorrect or incomplete recipient information was provided.

If you experience an issue receiving a Gift Card, please contact Kelty Customer Support at warranty@kelty.com.

3. Redemption

Kelty Gift Cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases on Kelty.com and are valid for U.S. orders only.

Gift Cards:

  • Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

  • Cannot be redeemed through third-party retailers or other sellers of Kelty products.

  • Cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial or resale purposes.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

  • Cannot be combined with promotional codes or Kelty PRO Program discounts.

When a Gift Card is used, the purchase amount will be deducted from the available Gift Card balance.

If the Gift Card balance is less than the order total, the remaining balance may be paid using another accepted payment method.

Gift Cards may be applied toward eligible merchandise, taxes, and shipping charges.

Any unused balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future eligible purchases.

4. Checking Your Balance

You can check the available balance of your Kelty Gift Card at any time using the Kelty Gift Card Balance Checker:

Please keep your Gift Card code secure, as it may be required to access and use the remaining balance.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns of merchandise purchased with a Gift Card are subject to Kelty’s standard Return Policy.

When an eligible purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the portion originally paid using the Gift Card will generally be refunded back to the Gift Card or issued as a replacement Gift Card, as applicable.

If multiple payment methods were used, the refund may be allocated among the original payment methods as appropriate.

6. No Expiration or Fees

Kelty Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to inactivity, maintenance, or service fees.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Gift Cards

Gift Cards should be treated like cash.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card code and preventing unauthorized use. Kelty is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission, except where required by law.

Do not share your Gift Card code with anyone you do not know or trust.

If you believe your Gift Card has been compromised or used without authorization, contact warranty@kelty.com as soon as possible. Kelty does not guarantee that lost value can be recovered or replaced.

8. Gift Card Scams

Kelty Gift Cards should only be used to purchase eligible products directly from Kelty.com.

Be cautious of anyone requesting payment using a Kelty Gift Card. Kelty will never require you to purchase a Gift Card to pay a bill, debt, fee, tax, or other unrelated obligation.

Kelty is not responsible for losses resulting from scams, fraudulent requests, or unauthorized third-party use of a Gift Card.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Use

Kelty reserves the right to refuse, suspend, deactivate, limit, or cancel a Gift Card or related order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, illegal activity, or violations of these Gift Card Terms.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Repeated or high-volume Gift Card purchases intended to circumvent purchase limits.

  • Attempts to bypass promotional, PRO Program, or other purchasing restrictions.

  • Unauthorized resale or distribution of Gift Cards.

  • Gift Cards purchased using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.

  • Use of Gift Cards in connection with suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.

Kelty may also delay fulfillment or activation while payment or order information is being verified.

10. Cash Redemption

Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires cash redemption of a remaining Gift Card balance, Kelty will comply with those requirements.

Please do not send your complete Gift Card code by email unless requested by an authorized Kelty Customer Support representative.

12. Applicable Law

Kelty Gift Cards and these Gift Card Terms are subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

If any provision of these Gift Card Terms conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict.

13. Changes to These Terms

Kelty may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Gift Card program, applicable laws, technology, or business practices.

The version posted on Kelty.com at the time of use will apply, subject to applicable law.
